1. Points you should
note
if
the original image is scratched or damaged in any way, this
will show in the final image, unless you have our preparation
service. The preparation service will allow for us to do
minor repairs enhancing work at a very reasonable price,
we reserve the right to decide whether a file/photo is suitable
or not. There are no refunds or exchanges available once
you have commissioned us to run the picture (see refund
policy)
2.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that we are not able
to fulfil your order then you will receive a full refund.
If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please
contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary.
We reserve the right to request the return of the print
before a refund can be issued
3.
Copyright
The customer is absolutely liable for any
resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third
party.
4.
Estimates
Estimates are valid for a period of one
calendar month from the estimate date.
5.
Orders
Iansphotocanvas.co.uk will review the choice
of service (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced), if our view
differs from that ordered, we will advise of any difference
in cost and await customer instructions. All orders must
be accompanied with our restoration and retouching form.
Any changes must be agreed in writing or by e-mail.
6.
Delivery and Despatch
We will do our best to ensure that orders
are completed within the time quoted. We will not accept
any liability for late delivery of orders by postal service’s
or accept any liability of loss or damage incurred during
delivery. All goods are sent at the customer’s risk.
7.
Liability
We will not accept liability above the cost
of the customer’s original material, if this has a
greater value beyond that of the material itself, we recommend
that the customer takes out insurance to cover the replacement
value.
8.
Colours
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed
due to the limitations of photographic and computer materials
and processes tonal variations can occur.
9.
Prices
We
reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
